How does the application process work?
Once we have received your completed application our credit team will make a decision based on your credit score and any additional documents they require. We generally need (maximum) 2 business days to confirm the outcome of your application.
What happens if I move house?
You are able to transfer your rental agreement to your new property. You will be liable to the installer for the cost associated with the removal and re-installation process. Your rental terms will remain the same.
What happens to my Versofy Solar system if I move or sell my house?
You may request to add the outstanding rentals to the selling price of the property and the new owner will simply inherit the solution with the property; or The buyer of the property may, subject to our credit team’s assessment, request to take over the agreement. If this is approved, then your agreement will simultaneously cancel on our signature of the agreement in the property buyer’s name.
Does solar still provide power at night?
In the event of loadshedding in the evenings, your battery will power all your essentials determined during your installation. The batteries are charged during the day through solar. So Yes, that Solar power charges your batteries so you can have power at night.
