How long will it take to get paid?
Payment will be made the month following the completion of the solar system installation for the person you referred.
How will payment be made?
Payment will be made via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). The payment will be made into a valid South African bank account, and Versofy will request a bank confirmation letter prior to payment being made.
Do I have to be a Versofy customer to refer someone?
You do not have to be an existing customer to refer someone. The Versofy Referral Programme is open to the general public.
Does the person I refer have to install before I receive the payment?
Yes, the person you refer must have their solar system installed and activated before you can receive your reward. A “successful referral” is defined as the referred person signing a contract and having the system installed. Rewards are only issued after the referred customer signs a contract, the system is installed and activated, and payment is received.
How many people can I refer?
There is no limit to the number of people one person can refer.
