Can I cancel my subscription?
You will have to pay a de-installation fee in order to get the system removed from your property. Alternatively, you may purchase the system at fair market value based on the remaining term of your agreement.
What happens if I move house?
You are able to transfer your rental agreement to your new property. You will be liable to the installer for the cost associated with the removal and re-installation process. Your rental terms will remain the same.
Who is responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the solar system?
When you choose our monthly solar subscription or rent-to-own plan, you’ll enjoy free, daily monitoring and maintenance from our experienced Monitoring Team. They oversee all Versofy Solar systems, so if something happens or its performance dips, they’ll reach out to you ASAP to get it fixed
What happens if I sell my property?
You are able to transfer your rental agreement into the new owners name. There will be an administration fee of 3% and is subject to an escalation of 6.5% per annum. The transfer is further subject to the new owner signing the rental agreement on the same terms and conditions as agreed and concluded with the original client.
Is the solution under warranty?
Yes, each product will be protected by a performance warranty for the term of your agreement. All of our solar equipment is backed by robust warranties. We only choose best-in-class equipment, including solar panels, inverters and batteries.
