Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel the agreement at any time, on 20 days’ notice, in terms of the Consumer Protection Act.
What happens if I move house?
You will have to pay a de-installation fee in order to get the system removed from your property. Alternatively, you may purchase the system at fair market value based on the remaining term of your agreement.
Who is responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the solar system?
Versofy takes care of all system maintenance and monitoring throughout your rental contract! This includes:
- Regularly scheduled maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Remote monitoring to identify and address any potential issues promptly.
You’re responsible for some basic upkeep to ensure optimal solar production:
- Keeping panels clear: Please remove any obstructions like leaves, branches, or debris that might block sunlight from reaching the panels.
- Protecting equipment: Ensure the battery and inverter unit are located in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area.
